Branding: fix patching of trademarkInfo within l10n directory.

This is a followup to commit 930298e1efff3e40721659d8fd7118cdd2477bd4.

* makeicecat: Patch in the IceCat logo copyright notice in all
brand.dtd files within l10n directory.
